We are here remembering the life of Michael Strauss, who fought for social justice and sustainable development. Michael was a unique character in the UN world who will be missed but also remembered for who he was, a non-conformist, someone who didn't believe in a normal workday.
Someone you could chat with at 3 am, but probably not at 9 am.
He played a critical role in the media for NGOs for Rio in 92, WSSD in 2002, and Rio+20 in 2012.
